• Purchased Gift Certificates never expire!
• Reservations for stays using certificates are required and are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• When making your reservation, please refer to the number at the bottom of the gift certificate that will be mailed to you.
• The original gift certificate must be presented at check-in to be applied to your stay. Faxes and photocopies are not accepted.
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and lost gift certificates cannot be replaced.

• Another gift certificate may be issued for any unused portions of a certificate.
